The Day, Hour by Hour

First 15 minutes: We position the car in shade, set up the light board, and confirm the damage matches the photos. If anything differs, we tell you before starting — the quoted price only changes if the damage does.

The repair: A single door ding takes 30 to 60 minutes. A larger crease can run two to four hours. You don't need to stay — plenty of customers hand over keys at the office and pick them up at lunch.
