Common questions
How much does it cost?
Most single dents land between $150 and $300. The exact price depends on size, which panel it’s on, and how easy the back of the panel is to reach. Send a photo and you’ll get a firm number — not a range — before we commit to anything.
Will it damage my paint?
No. That’s the whole point of paintless dent removal. We work the metal back into shape from behind the panel using specialised tools. Nothing is sanded, filled or resprayed, so the factory paint you’re looking at now is the paint you keep.
Can you fix any dent?
Most of them. The limit is the paint — if it’s cracked, chipped or flaking, PDR isn’t the right repair and we’ll tell you so from the photo rather than turning up and charging a call-out. Very sharp creases and dents right on a body line are harder, but often still doable.
Do I need to bring the car anywhere?
No. We’re fully mobile across Greater Sydney. We come to your house, your work car park, wherever it’s parked. You don’t need to take time off or arrange a lift.
How long does it take?
Most single-dent jobs are done in under three hours, and plenty are quicker than that. Hail damage or multiple panels take longer — we’ll give you a realistic time when we quote.
Should I claim it on insurance instead?
For a single dent, usually not. Most comprehensive excesses in NSW sit around $600–$1,000, so a $150–$300 repair costs you less than the excess alone — and it doesn’t touch your claims history or your premium next renewal.
Is the repair guaranteed?
Yes — every repair carries a lifetime guarantee. Dents that have been properly removed with PDR don’t come back, but if one ever did, we’d sort it out.
